Rara, Chief of Mabalacat Police, that a certain “Bacani”, who was posing as a high-ranking police officer, was seen peddling shabu in Barangay Dau and other nearby barangays.

PSupt. Rara immediately formed a team led by Police Inspector Melvin M. Florida Jr. to conduct the entrapment operation against the suspect identified as Frederic Bacani y Pingol alias “Bacani”.

Seized from the suspect, who was in police uniform when collared, are 15 sachets of shabu with an estimated street value of P10,000, a gun, live ammunition, cellphone, tooter, lighter, a pair of scissors and P1,000 marked money used by cop posing as a drug buyer.
