Nicolas Cage’s son Weston arrested for drunk driving after car crash

Nicolas Cage son Weston was reportedly arrested for drunk driving in San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles on Saturday, February 4.

According to entertainment news website TMZ, the 26-year-old aspiring actor got into a minor accident with another vehicle while driving his white Chevrolet Camaro.

After exchanging information with the other driver, he left the scene thinking that the cops could arrive anytime soon.

However, the police went after him and the brief chase ended in Cage’s car hitting several mailboxes before crashing into a tree.

Cage, who is also a musician and a father of one, lost one of his car’s tires during the accident.

The car also jumped into one of the houses’ lawn and damaged a street sign. Police booked him for driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol.

He was first rushed into a hospital for treatment after the arrest.

Weston Cage starred in a number of films with his father Nicholas such as the “Lord of War” (2005) and “Rage” (2014).

He was also the former lead vocalist for the black metal band Eyes Of Noctum that has since disbanded since 2011.
