MANILA, Philippines – Vice Ganda did not disappoint his fans during his Valentine’s Day concert entitled “Pusuan Mo Si Vice Ganda Sa Araneta” held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

His numbers drew laughter from the audience but his emotional spoken poetry number wherein he recalled his previous relationship with a basketball player, became the highlight of the night.

Without mentioning the name of his ex-boyfriend, fans of the comedian arrived at the conclusion that he was referring to GlobalPort Batang Pier player Terrence Romeo.

Vice had long been linked to Romeo, but neither of them admitted the rumored relationship.

Back in 2014, speculations sparked anew when Vice posted on his social media account that he had already broken up with his mystery boyfriend and he capitalized the letters T and R in his post as if to give emphasis to the initials, which happen to be the initials of the basketball player.

In his spoken poetry, Vice dropped hints about the identity of his ex-boyfriend and said that although it was painful that they had to hide their relationship from the public because of the fear of being judged, he was happy because, in their own little world, they knew that they loved each other sincerely.

He said that no matter how painful it was, the small things such as hearing his ex-boyfriend’s voice over the phone made him happy.

But in the end, they both knew that their relationship was going nowhere and they had to set each other free and give up on their love without looking back.

He ended his piece saying: “Halos ikamatay ko ‘yung sakit. Pero masarap. Ang sakit-sakit pero masarap. Dahil hanggang sa huling sandali, kahit masakit, tinawag mo akong Juliet.”
