Actress Liza Soberano, who has a passion in taking photos, shared why she is not a fan of filters and black and white images,

In an article written by Nikko Tuazon of PEP, it was disclosed that Soberano has been in love with photography since the time when they were shooting the television series Dolce Amore in Italy.

“That was the first time I went to Italy and when I saw how beautiful it was there, parang I got inspired to take photos,” she shared.

The 19-year-old actress, on the other hand, has one golden rule when posting her shots — it should be a #nofilter.

“I like it more natural looking, I don’t like to wash out my photos too much,” she said.

She, who loves taking photos of scenic views and nature, is also not fond of using black and white filter.

“I don’t like black and white, because then, you can’t see the beauty of it. Also, sometimes I forget where that picture was taken because you can’t see the color. Parang it doesn’t stimulate your senses so that you can remember where you were,” she said.

“I don’t think you really have to edit or anything,” she furthered.

Soberano shared that photography is also her way of documenting special moments of her life.

“I love taking photographs because I love capturing moments that are happening in my life.  Especially na artista ako and everything is so fast-paced. I have to have memories that I can gather for when I’m older, I can look back to all my achievements,” she expressed.
