It’s mid-August and we’re just so glad the weather has been kind. However, don’t get too relaxed, but don’t get so worried either. Rather, be vigilant and be well informed as PAGASA announces that two to four cyclones are set to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) before September.

Based on the wind map of Metro Weather, at least two weather disturbances could still enter PAR this month, GMA weather news have reported.

The first storm could be expected on August 21, and a second storm could be formed by August 25.

Due to the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) that is affecting Southern Luzon and Visayas area, rains will continue on.
