Miss Saigon actress Rachelle Ann Go first delighted fans and fellow celebrities after posting a photo of her with a handsome guy on Instagram last April 23.
The singer-actress, who is expected to join the West End production of the Broadway musical “Hamilton”, gave the world a hint about someone making her happy right now.
The guy was identified by one of her followers as the New York-based businessman Martin Spiel, whose Instagram username @spiesmj was tagged in one of the comments.
According to his LinkedIn profile, Martin Spies works as the general manager of the American luxury fitness club, Equinox.
The two looked perfect together outside the Richard Rodgers Theater in New York, where they watched the Broadway production of Hamilton.
This was not the first time Rachelle posted a photo with Martin. She had previously shared photos with him on Instagram while on a cruise in Brooklyn, New York. Rachelle was also seen with Martin during the Broadway opening of Miss Saigon.
Even before she confirmed being in a relationship with Martin, fans have already expressed how happy they are for her.
Nikki Gil even humorously commented: “Launching naman pala today Hindi ako nabrief!”
In a recent Instagram post on Wednesday (Manila time), Rachelle set the record straight and described Martin as a “godly man”.
“Look for a man who will not just patiently wait for you after work, carry your bag because he knows you’re tired, treat you like a queen, make you laugh constantly, but also puts God first and pray for/with you. If he loves God first, he will also honor and respect you all the days of your life!” she wrote.
Reacting to this post, fellow Miss Saigon star Lea Salonga said: “Uwian na, mga bes, may nanalo na!”
This latest post of Rachelle confirms that she has now moved on from her previous breakup with “Pinoy Big Brother” winner Slater Young back in 2014.
Rachelle continues to make Filipinos proud as she will be part of the West End production of Broadway’s hit musical Hamilton later this year.
She debuted in Broadway last March, playing the role of Gigi in Miss Saigon, which she initially did in West End in 2014.
With all her hard work to make us proud, Rachelle surely deserves all the happiness that she is getting now.
