When we hear the word “vegan”, many would usually assume boring or bland food. Well, there’s a 16-year-old teenager who’s changing everyone’s mind about vegan sweets.

He is an Instagram star with close to 444,000 followers. Not much i known about him except that his name is Jose and he is dedicated to making vegan dishes fun. He also believes that “life is too short to eat boring food.”

His food arrangement skills are so on point, he makes oatmeal look so fancy. The color palettes he chooses for his food make for the perfect eye-candy.

He posted his first photo May of 2016 which was a shot of homemade muesli with coconut/almond milk and topped with fruit.
