When we hear the word “vegan”, many would usually assume boring or bland food. Well, there’s a 16-year-old teenager who’s changing everyone’s mind about vegan sweets.
He is an Instagram star with close to 444,000 followers. Not much i known about him except that his name is Jose and he is dedicated to making vegan dishes fun. He also believes that “life is too short to eat boring food.”
His food arrangement skills are so on point, he makes oatmeal look so fancy. The color palettes he chooses for his food make for the perfect eye-candy.
He posted his first photo May of 2016 which was a shot of homemade muesli with coconut/almond milk and topped with fruit.

Layered 'Unicorn' breakfast jars! ????? These ones are filled with three layers of chia pudding: pitaya as the base, mango in the middle and blue colored vanilla. I topped them with frozen fruits like blueberries, blackberries and raspberries?? Recipe to make these jars in the comments. Hope you are having a wonderful day!???
Cake party!???? Yes or No?? Throwback to this dessert topped with: Chocolate, Sprinkles, Coconut Flakes, Frozen Blueberries, Raspberries and Blackberries?? Loved all slices!? Recipe, Peanut Butter & Chocolate Cake: Dry: 2 cups all purpose flour 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt Wet: 1 1/2 cups almond milk 3/4 cup coconut sugar 1/2 cup coconut or almond yogurt (I used both) 1/4 cup peanut butter Preheat oven at 350F(180c). Whisk the dry ingredients until well combined. In a different bowl whisk all of the wet ingredients and stir into the dry. Mix to make a smooth batter and transfer to greased or lined cake pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick from the center comes out clean. Topped with: Vegan Chocolate: combine 2 tbsp cacao powder, 2 tbsp melted coconut oil and 2 tbsp agave nectar. And Peanut butter.
