The amazing brother of a congressman has topped a licensure examination for the second time!
On Facebook, 1st District Cebu Congressman Samsam Gullas created a post, congratulating his brother Vincent Edouard Anthony Gullas for being the number one board exam taker for the second time.
“Five years ago, my brother Vincent Edouard Anthony ‘Dandan’ Retardo Gullas took the Med Tech Board Exam after he graduated from Velez College. He made the family proud when he was number 1 and topped the Med Tech Board Exam five years ago,” he shared.
“He then studied to become a doctor at the University of Sto. Tomas,” he continued.
The politician expressed that knowing his brother’s new achievement made them feel the same happiness five years ago.
“Today, he brings us the same happiness we felt five years ago as the Physician Board Exam results are out. NUMBER 1 YET AGAIN. CONGRATULATIONS DAN!! So proud of you brother,” he wrote.

The congressman’s post has gone viral and has earned more than 12,000 shares and over 73,000 reactions, as of posting.
In 2012, Dandan, who is also the grandson of Talisay City, Cebu Mayor and former congressman Eddie Gullas, bagged the top spot with the score of 92 percent.
This time, he got a score of 90.50.
