MANILA, Philippines – For a lady named Scarlett, hazing took away not only Horacio “Atio” Castillo’s life, but her first love as well.

In the Facebook community page UST LAW Secret Files, Scarlett posted a poignant tribute for him even as she vowed to help find justice over his senseless death.

Remembering the good times they had together, Scarlett apologized for her late reaction and post; saying she is still in disbelief over his untimely passing and wished she could turn back time to when he was still alive and they were still together.]

“You were my best friend. You were my first love. But you were also my first greatest heart break,” she lamented.

“Kung pwede lang, kung kaya lang. Ibabalik ko yung oras sa panahong una kong naranasan masaktan. Sa panahong nagpaalam ako sa inyo dahil aalis na ako,” she wrote.

[It it was possible, if I could make it happen. I would turn back time to that first moment when I felt hurt. To that time when I said goodbye to you because I had to leave.]

She also blasted members of the Aegis Juris fraternity responsible for his death, saying they were monsters who did not deserve him and adding that she will help bring them to justice.

“We will not stop until we get what you deserve. We will not stop until we get justice. I maybe far away from you now, but I know you know, what efforts I am doing to help get justice for you. I will always be here, and I will take the first stand and shout justice for you,” she said.

“We will not allow this horrendous act to pass. We will not rest and will not stop and we will leave no stones unturned and resources untapped until everyone in these hazing rights is brought to justice,” she added.
