A strange phenomenon was reportedly captured in the middle of the night by the surveillance camera of a school in Cork, Ireland, and the school’s management now seeks to know what really happened.

The administration of Deerpark School posted on YouTube the CCTV footage that was captured last October 1.

First some strange flashes can be seen in the distance before a number of lockers begin to shake and a few pieces of equipment are knocked over.

And things get really weirder when a locker door flies open by itself; spilling books and papers onto the floor.

“We do feel there is something strange going on because people do get from time to time a real chill in the air when they go past that area,” Principal Kevin Barry reportedly said via Daily Mail.

Barry argues that he does not know if anyone has tried to play him a “very well developed” trick. He claims, however, that a strange atmosphere emerges from this section of the school.

“It’s a very old building, going back a number of years and it’s got a lot of history,” he shared; adding that: “People in old buildings are always hearing noises and strange sounds but this is the first time we’ve actually caught something.”

He also added that none of the motion detector in the areas leading up to this corridor got triggered that night.

However, as expected, there are skeptics as can be seen in the comments section.

Is it for real or just a prank? Can’t really say.
