9 persons including a baby injured in car crash in Benguet

The passengers and the driver  who were injured after the vehicle they are riding collided with the electric post at Camp 4, Kennon Road, Tuba, Benguet are now out of harms way, this is according to a  Bombo Radyo story.

The people who were involved in the accident were identified as Redentor Ganasi, 54; Fe Ganasi, 51; Patricia Apil, 52; Teresa Ganasi; Ruth Ganasi; Joy Takiban; Marilou Sab-it; Rayvel Apil, 13 and Dominador Takiban, 11 months old.

The passengers are from Bangao, Buguias, Benguet and they came from the lowlands to attend a fellowship when the accident occurred.

According to SPO4 Romando Ande of Tuba Municipal Police Station, the victims of the accident were on their way to Baguio City when the driver Redentor Ganasi fell asleep.

As a result, he lost control of the steering wheel until their vehicle crashed into the electric post that was on the left side of the road.

Authorities immediately responded and rushed the victims to the Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center where they were given immediate medical attention.
