Anne Curtis has yet again proven that she is indeed a trendsetter like no other!

See how chic and at the same time chill she could be; this time, on the most special day of her life — her wedding day!

There’s been a lot of buzzing about these bridal boots her bridal entourage and she (and other friends) wore during the wedding.

At the welcome party, who’d have thought she’d choose to wear white boots paired with her Vera Wang dress? And for the wedding, well, she chose to go for black platform boots with her Monique Lhuillier gown while her sassy and elegant-looking bridesmaids also paired boots and colored socks with their Vania Romoff dresses.

Now this is going beyond the usual! So instead of seeing brides get all-choked up in heeled shoes or wedges, Anne opted to wear something that’s comfortable yet trendy.

While you’ll only ever see brides wearing cowboy boots at country weddings in the U.S. like singer Miranda Lambert, Anne just might have started a new trend for future brides-to-be here.

The renowned actress-host and restaurateur Erwan Heussaff began dating in 2011 before deciding to tie the knot in a ceremony in New Zealand on Sunday, surrounded by just a few friends and family members. They got engaged in December last year.

The exact date of their wedding was kept secret, with the two insisting on a simple, private ceremony.
