Former “That’s Entertainment” star and late actress Isabel Granada was given a posthumous award at the “Walk of Fame” Philippines 2017 on Tuesday, November 21 at Eastwood City.
Her Mommy Guapa and husband Arnel Cowley became emotional upon seeing her star unveiled at the 2017 “Walk of Fame Philippines”.
Mommy Guapa said in an interview: “Sobrang saya kasi sa karangalan na binigay, pero sana siya ang kumuha nito, hindi ako,” as per a story shared by PEP.
[I am so happy because of the honor given to her, but I wish it should’ve been her who received the award, not me.]
Meanwhile, Solenn Heussaff, Matteo Guidicelli, Kris Bernal, Atom Araullo, and Empoy were among the celebrities who were also given stars at the 12th anniversary of “Walk of Fame” Philippines.
The project was the idea of the late German “Kuya Germs” Moreno.
Along with Isabel were late directors Eddie Romero and Emmanuel Borlaza, radio broadcaster Joe Taruc, and Filipino comedienne Chichay (Amparo Robles Custodio) who also received the posthumous award.
