A 4-year-old Korean girl died after she fell from the 39th floor of a condominium building in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) in Taguig on Saturday, December 9.
As per an Inquirer story, the police said in a report that the girl fell from one of the units at the 39th floor of Two Serendra just in front of SM Aura Premier at around 12:05 p.m.
The girl, according to eyewitness Reinna Athena Grace Obligar, landed on the canopy of a terrace on the second floor of the condominium.
A video posted by Obligar on Facebook showed several of the building’s maintenance personnel retrieving the motionless body of the girl from the canopy. The victim was immediately taken to the nearby St. Luke’s Medical Center-Global City where she was declared dead on arrival.
The police are trying to determine the circumstances prior to the accident.
