Kathryn Bernardo is Girl Scout of the Philippines’ newest ambassador.
Donning the signature green GSP uniform, Kathryn made the Girl Scout sign. She pledged the Girl Scout Promise along with her Mommy Min and sister Lexine who were also wearing the GSP uniform.
During the event, Kathryn had an investiture ceremony for the GSP pin. She also took the time for a storytelling for Twinkler and Star Girl Scouts.
Aside from the launching of Kathryn as the ambassador, the GSP also celebrated the World Thinking Day. The World Thinking Day is a global celebration among Girl Scouts where they get do things together. This year, The 2018 World Thinking Day theme is “Impact” and GSP defined it as “Making an impact means having a strong effect on something or someone.” They urge girls to think about what it means to make an impact on the world.
