A woman from Southern China who did not want to leave her handbag followed her bag and crawled into the machine during an X-ray security check scanner.
A video showing the woman’s silhouette as she passed through the X-ray machine at a railway station Sunday has gone viral on the Chinese internet.
In the video, she rode the machine’s conveyor belt and appeared on the other side to the surprise of several other passengers waiting to collect their possessions at the station in the southern city of Dongguan.
According to a local report, the woman, who was not named, rode through the security screening machine on Sunday afternoon because she wanted to protect her money.

“Passengers are warned that not only is this kind of behavior forbidden, but also the radiation from the machine is incredibly harmful to human health,” the People’s Daily Facebook said.
