- A Facebook user shared his experience about a woman he encountered at Jurong Point
- Just in time for him to park, a woman rudely decided to “just cut in and park” at the family lot which Daniel has been waiting for to be empty
- The woman provoked the man saying that she got money to burn and have 3 cars
A Facebook user from Singapore, Daniel Choo, posted on social media on Friday, March 16, about his experience wherein a woman allegedly cut the queue and took the family lot.
“Here’s what I’ve experienced personally. I’ve asked the management what’s the use of family lot and who is entitled to park, I was told that family lot are reserved for drivers with family (elderly/kids/baby),” Daniel wrote.
In his post, he said that he brought his wife and three kids including a baby to Jurong Point for a movie. When they arrived, there was no vacant family lot so they’ve waited until a family car drove off.
Just in time for him to park, a woman rudely decided to “just cut in and park” at the family lot which Daniel has been waiting for to be empty. Daniel clarified in his post that the woman was alone and not picking up anyone.
He became furious when the woman provoked him by saying, “I got money to burn. Everyone here knows I’m rich, I’ve got 3 cars.”
She then retrieves a bunch of car keys from her purse. Daniel then tells her that he was going to upload the video to Facebook to let everyone know. The woman replies, “Fine, go ahead. Everybody knows I got three cars. Go ahead.”
When he told her that she’s being inconsiderate, the woman insultingly replied, “Yes, I am.”
Daniel called in a security guard who then arrives at the scene and shakes the hand of the woman. The matter is promptly settled with the woman driving her car out of the lot.
At the bottom of his post, Daniel explained how important family lot is for a huge family like them rather than just to anyone who is driving alone.
“We have spoken to the management and send this video evidence for them to take further actions,” Daniel added.
