Even if Jennifer Lawrence did not fall last Golden Globe Awards show, she still managed to make a “memorable” acceptance speech, which she labeled as “terrifying” and blamed her lack of booze for it.

“I don’t know why this is so terrifying. It’s obviously a good thing,” she said during her speech.

When she was asked why she felt terrified, the 23-year-old actress confessed that she has not drank any liquor to calm her nerves. She even stated that she needed to “catch up on her drinking.”

“I think that’s why I was so manic. Normally I have time to have a glass of wine… that’s not a good answer,” she added while the reporters were roaring in laughter.

This year marks J-Law’s second streak at Golden Globes after bagging the Best Supporting Actress award for her role as the feisty Rosalyn in the film American Hustle.

In her speech, she thanked her director, David O. Russell, who also directed the film Silver Linings Playbook, in which she won as Best Actress.

“I just thought that this was the most brilliant man in every single way. And to think that by some weird twist of fate, that that’s the same man who made my career as to what it is just so weird and wonderful. Like you,” she said, smiling brilliantly towards Russell.

She also thanked her co-stars and added: “And I actually did watch all the movies this year- but not all of them, you know what I mean.”

“And I’m sorry I’m shaking too much. Don’t ever do this again!” she said to herself before running back to her seat.

She even managed to photobomb Taylor Swift’s pre-event interview with Ryan Seacrest in which she was deviously creeping towards the country singer. Here’s the photo:

“I was going to come in and push you down the stairs,” she jokingly said as she crashed Swift’s interview.
