These days, guys have taken marriage proposals to the next level. With the help of technology and a little creativity, many were able to execute unpredictable proposals that any lady would envy.
Dean Smith, a man who is madly in love with a woman named Jennifer Kessel, made sure that his girlfriend would get one of the most awesome marriage proposals in history.
Every single day for one whole year, the lovestruck man proposed to Kessel without her knowing. Beginning January 8, 2014 for 365 days, Smith videotaped himself holding up a whiteboard asking Kessel to spend the rest of her life with him.
Whether at the shower, in the car, on a plane, or at the gym, the Arizona man proved to Kessel how she stayed in his thoughts “literally every moment of every day”.
Smith wanted his 366th and final proposal to be extra special so he brought the love of his life and her family to Aruba.
Of course, Kessel’s family took part in the grand reveal. They escorted her to the beach and had her watch Smith’s video montage of his 365 days of proposal.
“Jennifer, I love you more than anything in the world,” he proclaimed.
“I know that you’re the person I want to spend the rest of my life with, but I want the timing to be perfect and make this moment special. For the next year, I’ll show you how much I love you and that you’re in my thoughts every day. I want to marry you, ” Dean said in the video.
After watching the video, Kessel was asked to turn around. Smith, who was holding his whiteboard, finally did his final proposal on one knee.
Currently, the video of Smith’s one-of-a-kind proposal has more than 12 million views on YouTube.
