Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao is busy preparing for probably the biggest fight of his boxing career. As busy as he may seem, he still makes sure to give time for his friends and fans.

Last Holy Thursday, April 2, Manny Pacquiao had a timely supper with his guest “Jesus”; in the person of Jim Caviezel who is best known for his portrayal of “Jesus Christ” in the 2004 Biblical drama movie, “The Passion of the Christ”.

After Pacman’s scheduled workout for that day, he and Caviezel met and talked before having their dinner at the boxer’s favorite Thai restaurant.

As he was about to meet ‘Pacman”, Caviezel playfully quipped to the media that, “Jesus loves Manny”. At least,  the Pacman is assured that he has “Jesus” on his side.

Meanwhile, Pacquiao continues to step up his game for the much awaited fight between him and Mayweather in May. Both parties are back to their camps after their face-to-face meeting in Los Angeles earlier this week. In preparation for the big day, Manny is training harder than ever, but he is not doing it alone.

Last Friday, April 3, fans of the “Pinoy Champ” gamely gathered and joined him as he stretched, jogged and exercised in his daily road workout. His daily exercise routine has always managed to attract the crowd, but this crowd was bigger than before since his supporters were there not to watch him practice, but to train with him as well.

Pacquiao is about to wrap up his fifth week of training camp; the support from both his Filipino and International fans brings nothing but motivation and strength to the “Pinoy Pride”.

As for his Easter greeting for his fellow Filipinos, Pacquiao goes, “Happy Holy Week. The Lord Jesus is risen. Alam na natin (We already know that) there is no other way of salvation, only through Jesus Christ. If you don’t believe, you don’t have salvation. If you believe, you have salvation.”
