Something was missing in their lives until they found each other.
In an article written by Dainius of Bored Panda, it was disclosed that Scarlette Tipton, 2, had her left arm amputated because of having cancer when she was 10 months old; while Doc, the rescued kitten, had her right paw amputated after she got involved in a vehicular accident.
“We wanted a little kitten to have [Scarlette] grow up with, so she has something that’s just like her,” Simone, Scarlette’s mom, said. They spent half a year looking for a three-legged kitty to join their family.
The pictures of Scarlette with her “best friend” was posted on Facebook touching so many hearts.
“Praying for all of you to feel better and for healing for your precious kitty!” wrote C. Mitchell.
“Lovely photos. Hope ur all feeling better soon.the children look like they were having lots of fun.love and prayers sent [sic],” said S. Fore.
“Just so happened. This is clearly a God orchestrated story! A story recorded in Scarlette’s book long before she was even born!” A. Day said. “Made me cry! Doc couldn’t have found a more perfect family for his forever home. I know he and Scarlette will develop a wonderful relationship.”
“I’m crying! So happy this little angel has found a good home with your family. I love furry tale endings!” said N. Kravanis.
While E. Goñi thought: “It’s very clear why God chose you to be Scarlette’s parents! No one could possibly treasure her more. What a wonderful thing to do for her and for the kitten!”
