A Filipino Pokemon trainer has already caught them all — in the Philippines.

In a television report by Jaimie Santos of GMA News, it was shared that Pokemon trainer Kevin Catalig has already caught all the 141 Pokemons that can be seen in the Philippines. Only four Pokemons are not in Catalig’s list — Mr. Mime which is found in Europe, Tauros in North America, Farfetch’d  in Asia, and Kangaskhan in Australia and New Zealand.

Catalig shared that playing Pokemon had become a hobby, which he kind of treated as work. It’s like getting up in the morning for it, as if it’s required, but doing it happily.

Meanwhile, the player said most of the Pokemons were caught in Luneta.

Pokemon GO

Pokemon GO is built on Niantic’s Real World Gaming Platform and uses real locations to encourage players to search for Pokemons in the real world.

“Pokemon GO allows you to find and catch more than a hundred species of Pokemon as you explore your surroundings. The Pokemon video game series has used real-world locations such as the Hokkaido and Kanto regions of Japan, New York, and Paris as inspiration for the fantasy settings in which its games take place. In Pokémon GO, the real world will be the setting!” it was stated on Pokemon’s website.

It was also noted that as a Pokemon trainer moves around, his smartphone will vibrate — a sign that he is near a Pokémon.

Pokemon GO was launched in the Philippines on August 6, 2016.
