Singer Christian Bautista and actor Martin del Rosario proved they are more than just good looks and talents — yes, they also have great hearts! The two famous personalities separately held events that made children happy.

In an article by Felix Ilaya of GMA News, it was disclosed that Bautista visited a non-governmental organization (NGO) taking care of abandoned children, while Del Rosario celebrated his birthday with children with special needs.

Bautista visited the Missionaries of the Poor; a non-governmental organization taking care of abandoned children. In time for the Christmas season, he gave books and school supplies to the children.

“I believe na learning and education is very important. Although ang dami-dami ng mga cellphone games, ang dami dami ng mga puwede mong gawin sa YouTube, iba pa rin ‘yung natututunan mo sa libro,” he said.

Bautista staged the charity event as his way of giving back the blessings that he has been receiving.

Meanwhile, Del Rosario celebrated his birthday among children with special needs at the Bagong Pag-asa Elementary School in Quezon City.  He said he is very fond of special kids.

“May cousin ako na special child din so close kami noon, eh so simula noon, sanay na sanay ako sa pakikipag-usap sa kanila,” he shared.
