Malacañang declared June 26 as a regular holiday throughout the country in observance of Eid’l Fitr. In this, most banks in the Philippines will be closed on June 26, 2017 in observance of the end of Ramadan as posted officially on their social media accounts.
Bank of the Philippine Islands announced that all its branches will be closed on Monday.
UCPB, likewise, said all its branches will be closed in observance of the said holiday.
All China Bank branches are also closed on the same day.
Meanwhile, Metrobank said only its branch at the NAIA Terminal 3 will be open on Monday, but on shortened banking hours.
Select branches of PNB (Philippine National Bank) will also be open on June 26 with shorter hours.
