Be observant, check restrooms!

A 29-year-old male barista of a tea house in Congressional Avenue, Quezon City was arrested after he received shameful ‘lasciviousness’ complaints from students, who were regular customers.

According to the victims, the suspect Rolly Escobar, furtively (pasimple) follows women who goes to the female comfort room.

And while a victim is inside the restroom, Escobar reportedly goes inside an adjacent room, which is only separated by a thin wall.

As seen on the video report by ABS CBN’s Umagang Kay Ganda, the ‘peeping hole’ is directly pointed at the toilet, giving the alarming possibility that the female customer’s private parts were viewed, and much worse, filmed along with their faces.

Escobar denied the allegations; saying the hole is too high. His co-worker in the unnamed Tea Shop is called for further investigation.

Official Statement of the establishment:

“We do not tolerate such employees’ behavior and we would immediately investigate on the matter and give necessary actions if proven guilty.” (Image capture of video by ABS CBN via Youtube)

The victims’ parents are determined to file a case against Escobar.

Escobar could faces charges of malicious mischief, acts of lasciviousness, and bullying.
