Police from New Jersey said they arrested a man wanted in a series of stalking of women incidents in Palisades Park, including one attack where he allegedly broke into a woman’s home and slipped into bed next to her.
Sungjae Song, 26, of Palisades Park, was charged with three counts of harassment, two counts of burglary, attempted aggravated sexual contact, attempted burglary and trespassing, NorthJersey reported.
Police say he is connected to multiple incidents, the most recent of which occurred June 18 when a woman said an intruder broke into her home and crawled into her bed as she slept.
The woman said the home invader then asked her if he could spend the night.
The woman’s screams scared the intruder away.
Song was arrested after cops said a Park Palisades resident recognized him from a police composite sketch. He is being held in Bergen County Jail while he awaits a court appearance.
