Nostalgic: ‘SexBomb Girls’ reunite; avid fan recalls unforgettable experience

Do you miss the lovely members of the Filipino girl group SexBomb Girls? Well, they just had a reunion!

On Twitter, popular SexBomb member Rochelle Pangilinan shared a photo that was taken during their reunion.

Ito ba ang hinihintay n’yo, ang SexBomb reunion? Aw!” Pangilinan captioned the photo.

[Is this what you have been waiting for, the SexBomb reunion? Aw!]

The picture shows the members who have been away from the limelight for so long; making so many fans happy.  One of them even shared an unforgettable moment with the SexBomb girls in 2003.

In a series of tweets on the reply section, avid fan @dimpleisthedude  shared that she met the group in 2003. The Twitter user fondly remember every detail of their accidental meeting:

The SexBomb Dancers were originally composed of four female dancers in November 1999 — including Pangilinan, Cheryl ‘Che-Che’ Genove-Shimabukuro, Debbie ‘Debra’ Ignacio, and Janine Reyes — using the name “Chicken Sandwich Dancers”. The name “Sex Bomb” came from Tom Jones’ hit song. Of the four, only Rochelle remained (thus, landing her the role and title as the group leader) until the group expanded during their SexBomb dance searches in 2000 to 2001, and their first FHM appearances to an all-time high of 22. In 2002, the SexBomb Singers were formed and were billed as “SexBomb Girls”.
