A number of cafes in Japan are serving Sailor Moon-inspired dishes, drinks, and desserts; not only filling the customers’ stomach but also their eyes.
On Facebook, Cultura Colectiva + shared a video of the Sailor Moon Cafe, which has branches now in Japanese cities Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, and Fukuoka.
“The cocktails and desserts are super cute,” Cultura Colectiva + wrote.
In the video, it was shown how the food and drinks are designed as characters and things from the popular animated television series.
“Burgers, desserts, and drinks with the power and flavor of the ‘Moon Prism’. Every dish is unique and is inspired by the show’s characters,” the page noted.
Sailor Moon, a manga-based television series, premiered in Japan on TV Asahi on March 7, 1992. It ran for 200 episodes until its conclusion on February 8, 1997.
