Undas ops – a strategy that yielded a number of arrests.

In a cemetery in Laguna, the operatives arrested a man – who was on the wanted list – while he was lighting a candle for a dear departed.

The Siniloan Police operatives caught their target, Elmer Sael, who was immediately handcuffed to make it hard for him to fight or escape.

Sael is the #7 most wanted in Sinoloan, Laguna for charges of frustrated murder.

A total of 16 successful operations in capturing most wanted persons with warrants were done by the operatives of Laguna Police in just two days, which was timed during the All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day.

According to the Chief of Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB) Police Superintendent Vic Cabatingan, most of the 16 arrested were caught in cemeteries.

The cases involving those arrested include murder, rape, homicide, and carnapping, among others.

Good job to our men in uniform.
