President Rodrigo Duterte lambasted the New People’s Army (NPA), the armed component of the Communist Party of the Philippines, for their latest attack that resulted to the death of a four-month old baby girl and a police officer in Bukidnon.
As per a Philstar story, the President vowed to pursue the communist rebels “to the ends of the world.”
“I hope the (Commission on) Human Rights will take the cudgels for them. As for us, we will pursue them to the ends of the world,” the President said in a press briefing at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
