A Wisconsin hairdresser was a******d over the weekend after snipping a 22-year-old customer’s ear.

Khaled A. Shabani was issued a ticket on Wednesday for disorderly conduct; a county ordinance violation that is not a criminal charge. He has pleaded not guilty to the ticket.

The 22-year-old man went to Ruby’s Salon to get the side of his head shaved and an inch cut on the top, according to Police spokesman Joel DeSpain.

Then Shabani snipped the man’s ear with scissors.

“While it is not a crime to give someone a bad haircut, you will get a******d for intentionally snipping their ear with scissors,” DeSpain said.

With the shortest possible attachment, the clipper was run down the middle of the customer’s head by Shabani, “leaving him looking a bit like Larry from the ‘Three Stooges,’” DeSpain said.

DeSpain says Shabani told police officers it was an accident.
