Katy Perry to perform at the MOA Arena in April 2018

Multi-awarded hit-maker American singer Katy Perry will be back in Manila early next year for a one-day concert performance.

The 33-year-old singer announced her Asian Tour entitled WITNESS which includes Manila, Singapore, Tokyo, Hongkong, Bangkok, Jakarta and Taipei.

Her upcoming Manila concert is produced by AEG Presents and Ovation Productions. Katy is scheduled to perform in Manila on April 2, 2018 at the Mall of Asia Arena.

Selling of tickets for the concert will start on December 12. The ticket prices range from P2,640 to P19,540.

The Witness-themed tour will feature an imaginative trip from outer space to the different parts of the world. It is also about the artist’s new-found liberty, career milestones, personal changes in her life and in the world around her. She aims to deliver inspiring songs that will stir both thought and movement.

The songs included in her upcoming tour are the “Chained to the Rhythm” featuring Skip Marley, “Bon Appétit” featuring Migos and “Swish Swish” featuring Nicki Minaj. These singles all hint in the breadth of the musical and thematic elements on her upcoming tour.

Katy Perry is known for her hit songs “ I Kissed the Girl”, “California Girls”, “Fireworks” and many others. She has also received many awards and recognitions for her amazing talent.

Her last concert tour in 2015 entitled “Prismatic World Tour” was sold-out. It was highly acclaimed by several fans. In fact, Rolling Stone labeled it as “a show that damage retinas and blow minds”.
