Pinay singer KZ Tandingan got eliminated from “Singer 2018” on Friday.
She covered Lorde’s “Royals” along with a fellow contestant James Li, during the double elimination episode.
As she reflected on her time on the show, the emotional KZ said: “I will never forget this experience.”
“My tears are a mix of happy and sad tears because I’m going to miss all of you. I hope to see you guys again. I love you,” she added.
KZ debuted in Singer 2018 on February 9, and took the internet and the world by a storm when she performed “Rolling in the Deep” and then the Mandarin medley “The Hurts You Never Knew”.
Other notable performances she did in the competition includes her versions of “Real Gone” and “Say Something.”
