Ryza Cenon on winning pearl for ‘Most Brilliant Performer Award’ in Japan: “Ganito pala feeling”

Kapuso actress Ryza Cenon recently won an award in the 2018 Osaka Asian Film Festival held in Japan.

Ryza took home the “Yakushi Pearl Award” or Most Brilliant Performer Award for her performance in the movie “Mr. And Mrs. Cruz.”

In her Instagram post on Monday, Ryza expressed how happy she felt for the recognition.

“Woohhoo!!! Thank you! Mabuhay ang Pelikulang Pilipino!! Hindi pa rin ako makapaniwala hahahah ganito pala feeling. Nakuha ko ang perlas para sa Pilipinas,” she said. [Long live the Filipino movies! I still can’t believe, I didn’t know that the feeling is like this. I got the pearl for the Philippines.]

According to IMDB, “Mr. And Mrs. Cruz.” is the story of Raffy and Gela who find themselves taking off for Palawan to escape the not so great realities of their current lives and catch up on their respective me-time. But as fate would have it, they find themselves meeting and enjoying each other’s company.
