Did you ever wonder why the Filipino band Orange and Lemons returned without its former vocalist Mcoy Fundales?
Well, Fundales is now taking a different path as a television writer.
In an article written by Jojo Gabinete of PEP, it was disclosed that Fundales has been a writer for GMA shows.
He was the writer behind Lip Sync Battle; the situational comedy series Pepito Manaloto; and the upcoming romance-drama-comedy television series Ang Forever Ko’y Ikaw which will be top billed by Camille Prats and Neil Ryan Sese.
Orange and Lemons
Orange and Lemons, which was formed in 1999, is composed of Fundales, Clem Castro, and brothers Ace and JM del Mundo.
Fundales served as the lead vocalist and guitarist since its formation until its last reception in 2007.
In 2017, after a 10-year split, Castro and the Del Mundo brothers announced the band’s comeback.
