President Rodrigo Duterte sang the OPM classic “Ikaw”  on Sunday to entertain Filipinos in South Korea during his very first official visit to the country.

He sang with guest Mishka Antoinette Camulte.

“Iyung singer, nasaan iyun? Maybe we can have dinner tonight,” he said in a speech after their duet. [The singer, where is she?]

The highlight of his visit is to convey to South Korea the importance of its partnership with the Philippines and to reaffirm the strength of Philippines-Republic of Korea relations.

Duterte will also be witnessing the signing of agreements on the cooperation on agriculture, environment, science and technology, trade, and transportation such as a loan agreement for the new Cebu International Container Port.

During the 31st ASEAN Summit in November 2017, Duterte also sang “Ikaw” upon the request of US President Donald Trump.

It seems that it really is Duterte’s official favorite song. As proof, here are some of google search results if you look for “Duterte sings ikaw”
