Being a potential free agent this summer, will there still be a “King James” in Cavs next season?
On Thursday, former Lebron James teammate Chris Bosh said that James’ next destination is likely to be Houston Rockets; a strong team in the Western Conference.
Bosh said in an episode of the show “The Herd with Colin Cowherd”: “I would guess that he goes to Houston. It’s like the next Avengers movie. Golden State with like 100 superheroes and then Houston with 100 superheroes and they fight. That’s just what it’s coming down to.”
Sports Website Bleacher Report also said that if James’ sole concern is winning a championship, Houston would be a logical fit, because the team won an NBA-high 65 games during the regular season and it even took the Warriors to Game 7 in the Western Conference finals.
Meanwhile, Kevin Durant has confirmed that he is staying with Golden State Warriors; a team that is on a brink of a third title in the last four seasons.
“I’m planning on staying with the Warriors, and we’ll figure the rest out,” Durant said in an interview with ESPN.
He recently had a phenomenal performance in the Finals’ Game 3, where he worked 43 points, 13 rebounds and 7 assists, pushing the Warriors to a 3-0 lead over LeBron’s Cleveland Cavaliers.
