Real taco as a bookmark, anyone? Of course, you don’t want one as it will surely damage your precious book. Sadly, a librarian saw a taco in one of the books inside the library she manages in Indiana.

On Twitter, Amanda Mae uploaded a photo of the book with a taco in it; a picture that she took a few years back in the library she manages in an undisclosed place in Indiana.

“Don’t have a bookmark? Try using a taco. (Actual photo of an actual book found in the book drop at my library in Indiana a few years back),” she captioned the photo she uploaded. Her tweet immediately blew up and has gotten more than 13,000 retweets and over 60,000 favorites, as of posting.

While a bookmark designed with illustrations and images of your favorite food is surely one of the cutest things you could ever have, a real food is probably one of the last things you want to be placed in between the pages of your book.

“I can’t find a GIF that adequately captures the combination of ‘ew’ and ‘nooooooooooooo’,” wrote @NaomiKritzer.

“If it’s your own book and you realy want to put a taco in it, whatever. But…a library book?” @leslie_d_davis replied.

“Massively disrespectful. Not only wasn’t it their book to ruin, but they’ve stopped others from enjoying it,”said @Coldbeanbuts.

Some, on the other hand, still believe that the person who borrowed the book did not really have the intention to insert the taco on the book.
