eird Secondhand Finds That Just Need To Be Shared by member Ana Jay. Jay shared that she received such old corduroy dictionary from her father.
“I received this 105-year-old corduroy dictionary from my father, and I love it! It has over 7000 pages,” the group member shared in the caption of the photo she uploaded.
As of posting, the photo already got more than 20,000 reactions; as wells as hundreds of shares and comments.
“We had a huge dictionary like that when I was a kid. It was so heavy. My mom use to press flowers between the pages,” Facebook user Phyllis Mancini Hayden shared.
“That is a fantastic book. The second thought after thinking how neat it is was, I wonder how many words that are deemed words we now use that are not in that dictionary,” commented Wayne LaRock.
