However, many things happened that kept the real-life Darna very busy. Whenever there are unfortunate events, she is always present doing her donation drives. And with the outbreak of COVID in the Philippines, where mass gatherings are restricted, will the couple push through with their wedding? Everyone is eager to know.

Korina Sanchez asked the most awaited question in an online interview with Angel and Neil on Rated K.

Angel replied, “Hindi namin puwedeng sabihin kung kailan ‘yung exact date for security reasons and privacy ng mga bisita. Pero dapat this year and medyo malapit na siya.”

To decide whether to push through with the wedding or not on its original date, Angel said it is still early to think about it now.

“Hindi natin alam baka next week may vaccine na. Hindi na lang po kami magko-complain. Maghihintay na lang kami kung ano mang mangyayari,” she added.

Neil said they might decide to move it or not when the wedding date is near. In terms of preparations, he is confident that they are ready. They are just concerned if mass gathering can now be allowed. Furthermore, they also put into consideration their guests’ safety.
