Recently, the 37-year-old actress gave an update on Instagram about her “miracle baby”.  She opened about her baby’s gender first.

“No way of knowing yet if I’m having a coccolino or a coccolina. Hmm.  My little miracle from heaven is being pasaway. Alam na kung kanino nagmana!” the actress said.

She shared that she was a bit emotional because her baby was still very small then during her previous scan.

“I’m feeling a bit emotional because the last time I had a scan, the baby was as small as a jellybean. If not smaller. it’s the fear of not knowing.”

The mom-to-be is on her 5th month of pregnancy.  Despite the lockdown, she passed through the 1st and 2nd trimester without any problem.

“But I survived my 1st and 2nd trimester during a pandemic and lockdown without any complications! Cheers!”

Assunta posted a photo of her ultrasound scan, and celebrities like Pauleen Luna and Aicelle Santos dropped their messages in the comment section.

‘This was a miracle’: Assunta De Rossi announces she’s expecting a baby

Back in May, the actress revealed on Instagram that she was 14 weeks pregnant.  It was the reason why she was feeling blue and had been through a lot of symptoms. She recalled that on March 5, she visited her ob-gynecologist, whom she hasn’t seen for three years.  That same day, the good news came as a surprise to her.

Assunta considers her first baby bump a “miracle baby,” for she was diagnosed with myoma and endometriosis, yet she conceived without the help of science.

She said,” Only medical intervention or a miracle can make it happen. This was a miracle!”

Hang on, Assunta. Four more months to go! We can’t wait for the gender reveal!
