Five months passed since the high school student, Francis Daimler Tabag, made a breakthrough invention that promises to eliminate coronavirus in the air. This time he launched a newer version of his invention intended for commercial use.

Together with his father, the co-inventor, Engr. Genaro Francis Tabag, he made a bigger model of their COVID buster device for hospitals, malls and offices where it can disinfect larger areas.
The device works following the concept of heat to eliminate the virus.
According to WHO, “Heat at 56°C kills the SARS coronavirus at around 10000 units per 15 min (quick reduction).”
The equipment has a rice cooker at the base that can produce heat of up to 200 degrees Celsius on its plate. A fan is attached to the upper part of the tube which recirculates air in the surrounding. Air on the bottom is sucked in, contacts with the super-heated plate of the rice cooker which deactivates the virus and is released upwards. It changes the air temperature to 36 degrees Celcius and may still climb up to 40 degrees Celsius.
The invention is safe to use with no known side effects. It can work continuously for one hour based on tests.
This can also function beyond being a COVID buster device. According to the inventor, its potential in increasing the temperature in the surrounding air makes it usable for other purposes.
A device for sauna
As we all know, people go to saunas to get the following benefits: increase blood circulation, reduce chances of heart ailments, aid in weight loss, detoxification and stress relief.

Cancer treatment
A treatment called hyperthermia which exposes body tissue to higher temperatures is believed to terminate the big C cells.
Heat therapy device
Certain conditions like pain from stiff muscles or arthritis can benefit from heat therapy, also called thermotherapy.
Earlier, the father and son tandem released a smaller version for home use. You can have it made to order for an affordable price of P5,000.
