She bought the kit online. The two were married in a ceremony held on Halloween; much to the surprise of some of their friends.

What's more surprising is that Steve was actually quite excited about the wedding, posting a happy Facebook status:
“„
So... The next time I post something on here I will be doing so as a married man... Who'd have thought eh?? Thanks to EVERYONE who has been with me on this journey of life up to now (too many to mention) and thank you to the amazing woman who in just a couple of hours from now will be my wife... Love you, babe, and thank you.- Steve Wood
Rigorous daily routine Aside from undergoing daily lie detector tests, Steve is forbidden from using his laptop without Debbi's permission or presence. She even installed child filters, afraid that Steve might watch porn-related items when she is not around.

Because there are plenty of lovely women who appear on TV, Debbi also forbade Steve from watching TV shows because he might fancy those women.
On a daily basis, Debbi would also trawl Steve's email and cellphone messages/calls, trying to check whether he is in contact with other girls. His bank statements do not escape her as well, because she was afraid he could be spending money on his cheating ways.
Psychological problem despite the many restrictions, Steve said he does not mind because it simply shows that Debbi loves him a lot. Also, according to the Daily Mail UK, Debbi was diagnosed with Othello Syndrome which causes "delusional jealousy".
Steve accepts this as part of the woman he is in love with and is willing to undergo the same treatment for the rest of their lives.
